The train will depart at 11:30 p.m. from Santa Maria del Camí station to Palma, calling at all stations along the route Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca (SFM) will operate a special return train service on Saturday, 25 July, for the 13th Concert de la Lluna a les Vinyes, a charity event held in support of the NGO Amics de la Infància.

Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca (SFM) will operate a special metro service on Tuesday, July 14, to facilitate travel for everyone attending the live screening of the Spain–France FIFA World Cup semi-final on the giant screen installed by Palma City Council at Son Fusteret. A total of 16 special services will run between Son Fuster Vell (Son Fusteret) Station and Intermodal Station, in both directions.

Two new Series 1100 trains and five additional trailer cars will increase the passenger capacity of the current Series 8100 fleet by 36% The investment is aimed at improving the existing rail service and is separate from the future fleet expansion planned for new rail and metro lines The Council of Government has authorised Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca (SFM) to launch the procurement process for the expansion of its rail fleet through the purchase of two new Series 1100 trainsets, five trailer cars for the Series 8100 fleet and a range of spare components.

Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca (SFM) will operate a special metro service on Sunday, 19 July, to coincide with the live screening of the FIFA World Cup Final, featuring the Spanish national team, on the giant screen installed by Palma City Council at Son Fusteret. The special service is designed to make it easier for spectators to travel to and from the event.

The new facility will provide the electrical capacity needed to support future service frequency increases and enhance the reliability of the rail network. The infrastructure will provide SFM's maintenance depot with its own dedicated power supply, improving the safety of maintenance operations. The Council of Government has authorised Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca (SFM) to launch the tender process for the construction of a new electrical substation at the Son Rutlan railway depot.
