SFM to operate a special return train service for the traditional Concert de la Lluna a les Vinyes

The train will depart at 11:30 p.m. from Santa Maria del Camí station to Palma, calling at all stations along the route

Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca (SFM) will operate a special return train service on Saturday, 25 July, for the 13th Concert de la Lluna a les Vinyes, a charity event held in support of the NGO Amics de la Infància. The concert will take place at the Macià Batle winery in the municipality of Santa Maria del Camí.

The concert, Cinema, vinyes i simfònica, performed by the Balearic Islands Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Pablo Mielgo, will begin at 9:30 p.m., with doors opening at 8:30 p.m.. The Macià Batle winery is located just a three-minute walk from SFM's Santa Maria del Camí station, making it easy for attendees to travel to the venue by public transport using the regular train services and to return on the special service after the event.

To encourage safer and more sustainable travel, SFM will operate a special return train departing from Santa Maria del Camí station at 11:30 p.m. for Palma once the concert has ended. The train will stop at all stations along the route to Palma Intermodal Station.

This special service complements the regular timetable and reflects SFM's commitment to facilitating travel by public transport during events that generate high passenger demand. By providing additional rail services, SFM aims to reduce reliance on private vehicles and promote more sustainable mobility across the island.
